Virus, trojans, malwares... what can we do to be safer? Why is it that even if your anti-virus software is updated you find yourself in need of a good old reinstallation? Fairly simple, there are times when you manage to get infected by something that is not yet spotted! The real question is, what can you do to avoid getting infected in the first place?
I sure don't have the ultimate answer but i have a few advices that can help you mantain your system a bit cleaner and healtier. |

I'm tired. I am really tired of receiving hundreds of spam emails daily. Probably i should say that i am tired of deleting them. What's funny is that most of the spam emails i receive are delivery failure reports.. for emails i never sent. Yes, this means that my email address is being used as 'from' address in those crappy emails.

That's the question The answer will come up later, maybe ;)
In the meanwhile you can check some of my works: www.spizzicri.fr - This is dedicated to the wonderful shop my wife and her friend brought to reality from their dream ;) It's based on Joomla! 1.0, with a customized template. www.spizzicri.com - Discussion board dedicated to pizza lovers, in three languages: Italian, French and English. Just go there and let everyone know your thoughts, about pizza and life if you wish ;) It's based on SMF. www.mpmre.it - One of my first works, a commercial application for a real estate agency in Milano. Completely built using .asp, sports a system to publish announces from a dynamic database of real estate properties. For this work I only optimized their original html site to be SEO friendly and only did minor changes to the layout and structure: my main work consisted into integrating the database.
