Coolshot's Den

E-Lite POS is a free inventory and sale management system i am developing.
I started it as i wanted to give my wife some tool to better manage her shop (http://www.spizzicri.fr).
It is thought for a bar-pizzeria or restaurant but can be basically used and customized for any kind of shop.
The interface language is french but i will soon put an English and an Italian version of the application online.

It is coded in .asp using VBScript.
The database is a SQLExpress db.

Some of the main features are:

• Customizable inventory.
  Inventory items can are divided in categories and ingredients
• Recipes.
  You can set up recipes for products.
  This allows you to add products as they are manufacted and consequentially
  remove the ingredients from inventory while calculating the expenses.
  Products are then put into a product inventory that allows to keep track of what
  has been produced, it's production date (for expire) and quantity.
• Menu management.
  Menu items can be created, deleted or copied at will.
  Each menu item can then be composed by sub parts.
  Sub parts can be either products, ingredients, inventory categories.
• Cash register.
  Each sale is recorded into a cash register and then can be validated and registered into
  a separate balance register.
